'Smoking the Competition!' Snoop Dogg Set to Make Elevated Olympics Appearance

The announcement that Snoop Dogg, a famous American rapper, would be hosting the Olympics in Paris as a special correspondent was surprising yet exciting news.

 

The fifty-two-year-old rapper expressed his excitement about the news and promised to bring his unique style to the event.

 

"I grew up watching the Olympics and am thrilled to see the incredible athletes bring their A-game to Paris. It’s a celebration of skill, dedication, and the pursuit of greatness," Snoop spilled in a statement.

 

He added that the upcoming competition would be mind-blowing and urged everyone to stay tuned because it would undoubtedly be the most epic Olympic games in history.

 

"It’s going to be the most epic Olympics ever, so stay tuned, and keep it locked. Let’s elevate, celebrate, and make these games unforgettable, smoke the competition and may the best shine like gold," an elated Snoop Dogg added.

 

The Olympic Games is an annual sports event that consists of a total of  40 sports, which include: volleyball, judo, Basketball, swimming, golf, diving, karate, sailing, fencing, gymnastics, surfing, shooting, tennis, boxing, football, hockey, taekwondo, luge, cricket, softball, baseball, ski jumping, mountain hiking, show jumping, snowboarding sport climbing, track cycling, break dancing, speed skating, rugby sevens, weight lifting, rowing, handball and some others.

 

According to NBC, the management is also unsure what the game has in store. However, one thing is sure: Calvin Broadus will add a different kind of spice to the game this year and bring the newly conceived Olympic Prime show to life. 

 

When asked what Snoop Dogg would be doing at the Olympic Games event, the Olympic Committee disclosed that Snoop would be having a good time with the athletes and exploring Paris while he stylishly dishes out all his snoop styles during the event. He would also be providing constant reports for the contest.

Calvin Broadus Cordozar was born on the 20th of October 1971 in Los Angeles. He got the name Snoop Dogg because most people believe his face resembles that of Charlie Brown's famous dog, which has now become his stage name.

When Will The Olympic Prime Show 2024 Begin?

NBC disclosed during an interview that the Olympic Prime Show season 2024 will commence on NBC and Peacock on the 26th of July 2024.

 

52-year-old Snoopy will be teaming together with the professional NBC host Mike Tirico to report coverage of the prime-time show at different locations throughout the Olympic event. 

 

Calvin Broadus shared some tete-a-tete about his love for the Olympics.

 

He said, "Growing up, I have watched and grown in love with the Olympics and I was thrilled to see great athletes bringing their excellent game to Paris. I love the celebration of amazing skills, passion, and dedication in the relentless pursuit of greatness."


According to a report from research, this is not the first time that Snoop Dogg will be attending the Olympic Games event.

 

Earlier in 2020, Snoop teamed up with Kevin Hart during the Tokyo Olympics, providing coverage for the event while their show streamed on Peacock.
