A new email that Elon Musk reportedly sent to Tesla employees as the year ends has gotten to the knowledge of the public. The content of the email allegedly sent by the Tesla CEO was about the end of the year and some controversial affirmations about Tesla stocks.
Elon Musk Tesla has been one of the topics in the tech space of 2022. According to many experts, some investors in Tesla stocks are beginning to lose interest because of the constant loss it recorded in 2022.
However, in this new letter which is said to be sent by Elon Musk, the billionaire still believes that his electric car company did a great job in 2022. The most surprising comment is that Tesla will be the most valuable company in the world.
The first part of the email read, "Just a quick note to thank you for your hard work and congratulate you on exceptional execution in 2022!
Since we have a lot of cars arriving at the last minute, it is important to rally hard and do everything we can to get our cars to customers who have ordered them before midnight on Dec. 31. Also, every incremental car we produce that can be delivered in time also matters.
Please go all out for the next few days and volunteer to help deliver if possible. It will make a real difference!"
This part of the letter has generated controversy about making employees volunteer to deliver electric cars. However, it has become a tradition for those at Tesla to deliver cars on a tight schedule as the year comes to an end. Tesla's aim every year is a 50% year-over-year growth in vehicle deliveries, and they are doing this to meet those objectives.
Tesla Stocks to Become the Most Valuable
Tesla stocks didn't have a good year, to say the least, and it has been down by about 68%. With 2022 coming to an end, the year will surely be one of the worst for Tesla in the stock market.
A lot of professionals have their opinions on the realm of why Elon Musk Tesla stock is in decline. Many of them blamed the lack of attention he had been giving his electric car company since taking over the leadership of Twitter. However, Elon Musk has repeatedly denied that Twitter was taking much of his attention on Tesla and even said that Tesla already has a strong foundation.
In the leaked letter, Elon Musk told his Tesla employees that they should not be bothered by what is happening in the stock market. According to his words in the letter, there is a high chance that Tesla will become the most valuable company in the world.
" Btw, don't be too bothered by stock market craziness. As we demonstrate continued excellent performance, the market will recognize that. Long-term, I believe very much that Tesla will be the most valuable company on Earth!"
Elon Musk, on his part, doesn't blame his absence on Tesla for its loss on the stock market. Rather his blames are channeled to the hikes in interest rates by the federal government. Elon Musk has been a strong advocate of the FEDs reducing the interest rates instead of hiking them.
