Every attendee of the Milan Fashion Week would agree that the fashion event which takes place twice a year is a chance for fashion designers to showcase their latest collections and connect with the global fashion industry.

Milan Fashion Week 2023 promises to be an exciting event, showcasing the latest designs and talents from the fashion industry. The provisional calendar for the Women's collections, spanning from September 19 to 25, features 62 fashion shows, with a mix of established luxury brands and emerging designers. Among the fresh faces debuting on the Milan runway are Avavav, Chiara Boni le Petite Robe, and the highly anticipated Brazilian designer Karoline Vitto.

Vitto is the latest participant in Dolce&Gabbana's "Supported by Dolce&Gabbana" program, which champions emerging talent. The Italian fashion brand provides financial, logistical, and PR support to help these designers stage their first solo shows during Milan Fashion Week. Past participants like Miss Sohee, Matty Bovan, and Tomo Koizumi have benefited from this program, catapulting their careers to new heights.

Karoline Vitto, based in London, has already made a name for herself with her size-inclusive designs that celebrate the body and accentuate curves. Her debut at London Fashion Week as part of Lulu Kennedy's Fashion East talent program garnered attention, and now, with Dolce&Gabbana's support, she is set to present her collection in Milan.

The organization responsible for Milan Fashion Week is the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI). The event boasts a diverse lineup of designers, from well-established luxury brands like Fendi, Roberto Cavalli, Etro, Diesel, and Prada, to newcomers like Avavav, Chiara Boni le Petite Robe, and of course, Karoline Vitto.

The luxury leather goods brand Aigner is set to make a comeback to the fashion show scene, after taking a break since its last Milan show for SS20. This highlights the importance of Milan Fashion Week as a platform for established and returning brands to showcase their latest collections.

In addition to the runway shows, Milan Fashion Week 2023, which is one of the most anticipated fashion shows in the world, will also feature a day dedicated entirely to digital content on September 25. This online event will include showcases by Guido Vera and Maison Nencioni, providing a hybrid experience that embraces both physical and virtual presentations.

The CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards 2023 will take place on September 24, demonstrating the growing focus on sustainability and ethical practices within the fashion industry. In collaboration with the United Nations' Ethical Fashion Initiative, the awards aim to recognize and honor individuals and brands that promote sustainability, craftsmanship, and a circular economy.

As Milan Fashion Week approaches, the excitement builds, and fashion enthusiasts around the world eagerly anticipate the unveiling of new collections, creative designs, and the discovery of emerging talent.

The upcoming solo show of Karoline Vitto, backed by Dolce&Gabbana and featuring an all-inclusive fashion approach, is expected to be one of the must-see events of Milan Fashion Week 2023. The event will showcase a diverse range of fashion styles, from established luxury brands to emerging designers, and will undoubtedly be a celebration of creativity, style, and innovation in the industry.
